Yelloooo,
Christine and Scottie got married in November, and like many of us, you can’t help but think it’s going to be cold. Well it wasn’t really, but it wasn’t warm either![]()
The ceremony took place at St.Helen’s Church which boasts magnificent architecture, and plenty of beautiful light to work with. During the ceremony lots of laughter and joy was shared among the attendees as these two said their “i do’s” and walked out as husband and wife. Scottie was given a few “chances” to change his mind, but he stayed the course and without a shadow of a doubt expressed his love and will to share the rest of his life with Christine. It really is an amazing feat to witness, specially with a couple who’s been together for a very long time.
Graydon Hall is where we went for our post-ceremony wedding shoot and it truly is a wonderful place to host a wedding or just go to shoot. It offers great indoor and outdoor options regardless of the season.
It was truly my privilege and honour that I was trusted by Christine and Scottie to capture the story of their amazing wedding day. A privilege that I share with all of my couples.
Enjoy.

Christine’s dad seeing her for the first time in her wedding dress. It was short and very sweet, because we were all running late![]()

Stunning ceiling detail at St.Helen’s Church in Toronto

Scottie saying something along the lines of “see that, that means that it’s official, it’s done”

A very proud grandma overlooking the “young ones” as everyone was setting up for photos.
